Shipping and Delivery

The products will be sent by courier identified by the seller to the shipping address specified during the ordering procedure. In the event of changes to the address, the company will not be held responsible for orders not delivered to the correct destination.

Standard shipping is paid by the buyer. If, on the other hand, a faster shipment is requested, the related costs will be notified to the user before sending the order and this amount will be payable by the user together with the price of the products ordered, including VAT.

Any non-deliveries or late deliveries beyond eight (8) working days must be promptly reported to the email address:

 In any case, the seller cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, accidental, consequential or other damages due to incomplete compilation or delays or errors in sending the order or for delivery delays. In the event of unsuccessful delivery provable and attributable to the seller, the user will only have the right to request, at his choice, the delivery of the same product at no additional cost or a refund of the purchase price.

Upon receipt, it is necessary to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies (e.g. open package, damaged items, etc.) it is necessary to have the courier detect and note exactly the same and reject the delivery. Otherwise the possibility for the user to assert their rights in this regard will expire.
