Return, Withdrawal and Refund

Consumer customers as defined in art. 45 of the legislative decree. 21 February 2014, n. 21 have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any obligation to give reasons, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. The term starts from the day on which the consumer - or the third recipient of the goods expressly indicated by the consumer - has come into possession of the ordered goods. In case of partial deliveries, the deadline starts from the last delivery.

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within thirty (30) working days from receipt of the products, following the procedure below.

To proceed with the return it is necessary to send an email to: x with name, address, order number, a specification of the products to which it refers and the reason for the return.

It is necessary to return the products within the aforementioned period of thirty (30) working days. Return transport is the responsibility of the buyer. The consumer, if he so desires, can also use the form of delivery that he deems most appropriate, and also in this case the costs of returning the product will be fully charged to the customer.


Upon delivery, you must verify that the shipment is correct. In case of discrepancies from the order once the products have been delivered, it is necessary to note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g. open package, damaged items, etc.) and send an email directly to the address

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:


  • The returned products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned intact, in the original packaging at the expense of the Customer.
  • Returns will not be accepted and it will not be possible to refund items if the returned products are worn and damaged or if they are not contained in the original packaging.


The items to be returned must be sent in the original packaging, therefore using thick and resistant cardboard packaging (not an envelope), taking care to pack them for shipment so that they do not get damaged.

All items are the responsibility of the customer until they are delivered to our headquarters.
